3. Preserve all copyright notices within the source code, design templates, and software intact and unaltered. However, this does not extend to the copyright information on the footer of the script pages.

PROHIBITED USAGE

1. Decrypt, transfer, distribute, rent, sublicense, or lease the product or documentation, except as expressly permitted herein.
2. Alter, modify, or adapt the product or documentation, including but not limited to recompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works.
3. Make copies of the documentation, the product, or any portion thereof.

PRIVACY POLICY

Ambit Technologies Private Limited pledges not to sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party. However, we may share such information under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Your explicit consent to share the information.
2. Necessity to share information to fulfill the product or service you have requested.
3. Requirement to share information with service partners to address service-related issues.
4. Response to requests from any Indian or foreign government, security, defense, revenue, regulatory, or other authority, agency, or officer.
5. Compliance with court orders or legal processes.
6. Detection of actions on our websites that contravene the terms of service or usage guidelines for specific products or services.

DOWNLOAD POLICY

The download link shall remain valid for three days from the date of activation. Following the link's expiration, a new link can be requested from the email address on record for a period of 180 days. After this timeframe, Ambit Technologies Private Limited is under no obligation to re-activate the download link.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

The term "clone" denotes custom development of a website from scratch with functionality akin to another website. The entire development process is undertaken by our team of software programmers. Ambit Technologies Private Limited vehemently opposes any unauthorized infringement of copyrights and shall not be liable for any copyright violation by an end-user.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Ambit Technologies Private Limited offers ready scripts and custom software development services under a non-exclusive license without the right to copy, distribute, or modify the source code. The licensor provides no warranty or representation, either express or implied, regarding the product's quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the licensor be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

PAYMENT

For custom projects or customization of ready products, an initial payment of 50% of the total cost must be made before commencement of work, and this payment is non-refundable. Upon completion of work, an invoice will be issued, and the remaining payment shall be due within 7 days.

COMMUNICATION

Clients must maintain effective communication with Ambit Technologies Private Limited via email. Failure to respond to requests or provide necessary information, such as Play Store or App Store login credentials, for a period of 4 weeks or more will render the project "abandoned," and all development payments made will be forfeited. Re-initiating an abandoned project will necessitate a new estimate and initial down payment.

CANCELLATION

Ambit Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a project if due payments have not been made. If a customer cancels a website order after work has commenced, Ambit Technologies Private Limited will charge for the work completed at an hourly rate.

SUPPORT POLICY

It should be understood that free technical support is an unpaid service and is subject to the feasibility and discretion of the support team. Any third-party alterations to the product will automatically nullify the availability of free support. Updates will be provided solely at the provider's discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Payment once received cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. It is imperative to acknowledge that the purchase of a product signifies satisfaction and conviction regarding its quality. Preparing an order for execution demands substantial manual effort on the part of our coders, who are compensated on an hourly basis. Once a product is purchased, Ambit Technologies Private Limited cannot entertain disputes, refund requests, or chargeback demands. Breach of this provision may prompt legal action to recover losses incurred by Ambit Technologies Private Limited.

DISCLAIMER

All disputes must be reported and resolved through the payment gateway or bank dispute resolution mechanisms. Ambit Technologies Private Limited is obliged to adhere to directives specified by the payment gateway or bank. This agreement is governed by Indian law, and the customer hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
